Beyond my creative work, I am a member of Deutsche Filmakademie, CINEMATOGRAPHINNEN e.V. and VG Bild-Kunst.
Expanding my work into social projects, I spent two years from 2013 to 2015 at JVA Pankow as an acting trainer, where I was part of a team guiding prisoners through the creation and performance of the play Revue de Vie.
Because I like to tell stories, sometimes I also write and develop material for screenplays.
BALTIC ILLUSIONS for example is a screenplay for a crime comedy about two cigarette smuggling cousins on a Swedish island stumbling into something bigger…

… or my own independent film projects like the documentary JOURNEY TO CURE, which premiered in Bangalore/India in April and in Berlin/Germany in July of 2023.
